I purchased two packages of buns last week … and have to tell you they are BY FAR the best GF bread product I ever had!! Thank you, your efforts have paid off!
I received my gluten free rolls this morning and they are WONDERFUL! They taste like a cross between a French roll and a croissant. They smell like bread too, rather than dirty socks (the smell of most gluten-free breads in my opinion)! I had butter, fig preserves and a roll. My first bread since April 2007… I am in heaven. You have achieved what no other bakery seems to be able to achieve. Thank you!

Thank you for making these buns. My fiance has celiac and last night I didn't tell him what he was eating, he just looked at me and said, 'Are you trying to make me sick?' because they look like regular bread. He ate them and is in LOVE! THANK YOU, THANK YOU for making Celiac suck a little less.
